For over 50 years Weber has been the authority on outdoor cooking, with the invention of the Webber Kettle Grill in 1951. The Weber Grill has taken the outdoor experience indoors with its Illinois locations. Weber chefs focus on providing outstanding barbecue by using premium-grade charcoal and a mix of hickory, mesquite or apple wood for extra flavor.

Specialties include kettle smoked prime rib, slow smoked BBQ ribs and Carolina style pulled pork, to grill-roasted pork chops and smoked chicken quesadillas. Weber also has a broad wine list, with recommendations on paring wine with your meal.
