The electronic recipe books provide an excellent basis for developing or changing menu items to suit any operation. 1) BevTec Drink Recipes ($200.00) has over 1100 commonly used bar drinks. Includes proper glassware. BevTec Drink Recipes is an excellent guide for the operation where wine, spirits, and beer mean big business. Also comes with an extensive liquor inventory list of name brand products.
