The electronic recipe books provide an excellent basis for developing or changing menu items to suit any operation. The recipes will use your vendor prices and can be easily modified to suit your own operation.

1) BevTec Drink Recipes ($200.00) has over 1100 commonly used bar drinks. Includes proper glassware. BevTec Drink Recipes is an excellent guide for the operation where wine, spirits, and beer mean big business. Also comes with an extensive liquor inventory list of name brand products.

4) Hobo Town Cocktails ($25.00) has bar drinks covering the spectrum from your Classic Cocktail to more upscale cocktails for the after-hours crowd.
