A few good friends have left the 'bis for one reason or another and we don't want to forget them. We have kept their original spotlight as it appeared on this website, but have included some notes below about where these friends have gone.

The Ganache Baking Co
Paul is still happy, healthy and doing the baking. He has only been retired to the 'Retired Spotlight' page of our website, but in all other ways he is still a "goin' strong ChefTec power user"!
The Howling Cow
What ever became of good 'ole Robb Saye? Well, we are happy to report that Robb has made a total change and is the Director of Human Resources at an 1880's theme park in California called Roaring Camp. Wow, what a switch!
The Oakwood Club
And where in the world is Dennis Dube? Dennis has since left the Oakwood club and was last heard of in December of 2000 when he was working in foodservice at Baldwin College in Ohio. We hope to hear from him in his new position!
